Kat,

I have a P-09, and have had two P-07s (both have been commandeered by two of my sons) built by CGW.  Their customer service is second to none--and they are very busy.  Having three guns built by them and all of them being consistently smooth and reliable tells me they are not becoming victims of their own success.  In fact, they delay taking new work in until they are ready to undertake the build.  Without question, the weapon they produce is well worth the wait.  Hope that helps.
