Trigger
« on: February 19, 2017, 06:43:29 PM »
Recently purchased a CZ 75 D PCR. A great gun, love it. I put CZ logo wood grips on it. And yesterday installed Tru Glo TFX Pro sights on it. They are very nice. I have a laser training system at home I have used a lot with my Bersa Thunder 380 and now the CZ.

As I shoot everyday, sometimes just for fun, the serrations on the CZ trigger are starting to give my finger a blister. Is there a smooth surface trigger out there I can get. And I don't mean action wise. Just surface smooth.

Yes there are several trigger options for the 75 variant pistols. You also have the option of uninstalling the stock PCR serrated trigger and polishing out the serrations. The stock PCR trigger is the only one that comes serrated so all of the other options are smooth.

My personal favorite of the available triggers is the Original Style 85c.

Here is a comparison picture.

Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

What is the difference between the triggers?

Mainly the curve of the trigger where your finger rests and whether or not there are serrations for traction. There also may be differences in thickness and sharpness of the trigger tip.
Musashi:
- In all forms of strategy, it is necessary to maintain the combat stance in everyday life and to make your everyday stance your combat stance. (situational awareness).
- You can only fight the way you practice.
- If you do not control the enemy, the enemy will control you.

The original 85c trigger has a little less curve to it. Some prefer it over stock because they get trigger bite. ( the tip of the trigger digs into their finger)
If you decide you want the regular stock, non serrated trigger, post a want to buy or trade in the classifieds. Many people have changed out their stock trigger, should be able to pick one up cheap.
