Last question.  For those who have both or shoot both. What is the difference between  SAO and the single action of the DASA . Is one better than the other? Lighter, crisper ETC.

Thank you again.

I have converted a few of my CZs to SAO and back to DA/SA again. Personally i do not like the feel of the flat trigger. Even if you plan on running cocked and locked i do not see any upside to the conversion. The reduced pre-travle of an SAO set up can be obtained in a DA/SA configuration by hand fitting a CGW T-3 disco. The trigger over-travel reduction is available in DA/SA by installing a trigger with an over-travle set screw.

If you are going from a stock config to SAO you do save the cost of a replacement disconnector. An SAO set up dose not require a disconector. So unless you are doing it to save money, you prefer the feel of a flat trigger or you just like the looks of an SAO set up i do not see the point.

Granted, it is easier and less time consuming to obtain some trigger dynamics by converting to SAO, but working on CZs is the fun part.  :D

Doesn't sound like the OP is going to use it for carry. If it's just for a range toy, then his options open up.  There's a curved SAO trigger as well.

Pretty much a CZ fanboy.

...and I wholeheartedly agree: working on CZs is very fun(if your into it). Otherwise, just shooting them is fun, too.

As tempted as I am in am going with  DA SA. If not for any reason then so it would match the p01 sp01. It will be like 3 brothers.  Next time around will build a SAO family.

I like the desire to have all your guns having the same manual of arms. At one time I had a P229, Shield, Taurus TCP, XDm Compact, PPQ M1, and VP9. Talk about each gun being different. Now that I've caught the Czickness I finally have three guns configured the same. I'm about to start unloading some of the earlier guns on my son.

Maybe I should consider a DA/SA family to go with my SAO family. Oh, the wife isn't going to like this....
When the knock on the door said “Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms,” naturally I thought it was a delivery…

I just have extended families.  1911, XDs,  S& W Rev , Glocks and now CZs love all my family.  well maybe love is to much of a statement when talking about Glocks.  They are more like illegitimate part of the family.
