Newbie 97 question

I am considering getting my first  97 for IDPA   CDP division .  the website says it's 5.9in tall which would fit in 6in box but it doesn't say if that is with or without mag . does anyone have one that can give me a measurement with a magazine. thank you

I have a 97BD with the TruDot tritium sights.  Ninety degrees from the barrel axis from the top of the rear sight to the bottom of the magazine is 5 15/16".  I don't know if the TruDot rear sight is any taller or shorter than the sight on the 97B.
