Don't have a scorpion, but I have butt load of AR15's.
When you sight in an AR15 with the back up sights or the optic you don't have POA (point of aim) and POI (point of impact the same at 25 yds.
The POI will be lower than the POA with a .223 or 5.56X45 round. If you sight it in so that it's POA=POI at 25 yds. the rounds will hit 10 or 12" above your POA at 100 yds. That's because of the way the AR15/M16 sights are set up and the trajectory of the round, as well as the distances they are used at.
I don't know how you're sighting in your 9MM but it might "sight in" with the impact of the rounds below the POA.
I think, at 25 meters you'd want the POI to be about 1.5 to 2.0 inches below the POA with an AR15.
Again, not sure about the scorpion. How far do you intend to shoot it?
