922r kit with carbine muzzle brake?

So I purchased a CZ 922r kit in anticipation of getting my GHW Tailhook with the intent of selling all the 922r parts. With my plans for my Scorpion I won't need them.

(Before the NFA police come, the "stock" portion of the stock is already in its new home far away from me)

My kit came with the carbine muzzle brake and a crush washer. Has anyone seen this?  I'm assuming the carbine muzzle brake is 922r compliant of course, I just thought that kit came with a US sourced Scorpion pistol flash hider.
