Jericho 941 and CZ parts interchangeability

So I'm looking to pick up a Jericho 941 with the frame mounted safety soon and I was just wondering what parts from the CZ will work in it.
Specifically:

Any springs interchange? I'd really like to be able to put in a lighter recoil and hammer spring from CGW if I could

Any aftermarket sights? I saw that Dawson had sights that they listed would fit a Baby Eagle, and I know sometimes the Jericho gets referred to as that, didn't know if it would work

Grips? Would standard CZ-75 grips fit, or fit with a little work?

I was just now trying to find out the same thing. Which model you have?  I have the FS45, all steel and would love to get a trigger job done on this or maybe a complete trigger kit. Love the ergos of it and it shoot ms very accurately. Just get a little trigger slap with it that shouldn't be that hard to fix.
You found any good holsters for it?  I've only found plastic ones. It sure seems like Cajun GW should be able to work on these guns. I can just tell there is so much potential with this gun! May go ahead and buy the FS 9mm. Think I'll drop CGW an email and see what they say.

Let me know if they tell you anything. I'm looking at a 941 FS in 9mm. If nothing else, I'd really just like to be able to put a fiber optic front sight on the thing.
