I received my P-10C a few weeks ago via the LE / Mil Purchase Program. Noticed some of the usual issues with that have been mentioned before like the trigger being a little gritty and the stiff mag release.
Took it to the range last week but only put 50 rounds through the gun. Noticed that by the end the trigger reset was "sticking". After pulling the trigger, I had to almost completely take my finger off the trigger before it would finally reset. Got home and took out the trigger pin and the mag release as I was trying to fix the mag release issue. Reassembled the gun and mag release wasn't much better but the reset seemed to be better. Not quite where it should have been but better than where it was.
Put another 50 rounds through the gun earlier this week. Near the end of the 50 rounds, had the same issue with the reset sticking. Field stripped the gun a couple of nights ago and was checking the internals while moving the trigger around. What I noticed was that during the reset, the front of the trigger bar was hitting the lower rear of the front locking block. The circled area in the image below shows the two points where they were contacting each other.
After striking each other, the trigger bar would hang up on the block (hence the "sticking") before finally dropping below the block once most pressure was removed.
Last night I detail stripped the gun using earlan357's excellent disassembly video. Once I removed the front locking block I found that the rear, lower edges were a mess. Had to take a file to them to remove the burrs followed by a stone to smooth things out a little more then some polish. I also hit the top front of the trigger bar lightly with the stone and some more polish there. While I had the gun apart, I did the trigger polish as recommended in earlan357's other video. Reassembled everything and the trigger is nice and smooth now with no grit. And more importantly, the reset issues are completely gone and I've got a nice, smooth, short reset.
Took the gun to the range again today for another 50 rounds and no issues at all and trigger pull and reset were consistent from beginning to end. Not sure why I had the issue with the trigger bar striking that locking block to begin with though.
