Those circle P proof marks are accompanied by a triangular proof.....there's even a Shadow 2 with these 2017 proofs. Not sure why they are being applied across a wide spectrum of models in 2017.

At least according to CZ-USA (the CZ rep I spoke to) some, not all pistols...from a few, not all lines will export with "in house" proof marks...
The "Circle P" appears in front of all 3 serial number locations
The "Triangle with C over CZ" appears on the slide after the year mark and in front of the "Circle P"
The normal "CIP over N" will appear on some export and all non export...contract and CR Military/L.E. will have their own proof roll marks
I was told the in house proofing is set to the CIP standard and performed in the CR...
Related to the 2017 model CZ 75b SA...it ships with a phosphate coated barrel and frame...the frame is then polycoated semi gloss black
