getting clip on extractor in 527 7.69x39

the extractor clip came off the bolt on my 527. I got a new one and put it on the bolt but getting it on the extractor is not going well. Any ideas how to get that puppy on ?

Look on youtube for a video on bolt disassembly for the 527.  Name might be "cz527 bolt strip and rebuild"..
