Got a used P07, 2014 make, and the decocker is acting funny. Hammer down its tight and feels normal. If the hammer is cocked and you go to decock it, it works, but the decocker lever does not return back parallel with the slide like it should. It stays in the lowered position to where you can see the safety red dot on the frame. Push it back up manually and you are back to normal.

My other P07 has a nice strong spring reset after the decocker is activated.

Any ideas?

Check that the end of the decocker spring is under the tab on the decocker shaft.

That was it, previous owner did not install it correctly. Thank you
