Posting some pictures of all of the markings would help with the identification.
From the serial number alone, it looks like it would have been produced in 1942.
Are you sure it is a WA instead of maybe a VA?
I happen to have a post-war CZ27 that has no proof marks whatsoever and no import marks, which puts it into the 1946-1949 timeframe. Most likely 1946 as it has a glossy blued finish on the slide and frame. Its serial number is 477xxx.
