How Will Today at the Range Go?
« on: June 23, 2017, 12:05:05 PM »
Trying out Joe L's preferred ammo.

Warming up...I might be able to shoot today but I certainly can't do math.

Pulled the last shot to the low right...could have been my best target ever.

What can I say, Joe L likes some very smooth shooting ammo...best target ever using it!

Like the target note: w/ JoeL ammo

This is how urban legends start.

After looking at my best target again...and  again...and again...my math skills apparently still avoided me.  I have to rescore it as 97-5X.

LGD--Those targets are super!!

I'm sure there is ammo that is as good as the Atlanta Arms ammo but I don't want to spend the money to look, as I have been VERY happy with the AA Ammo, for both 9mm and .45.   I just don't experiment with ammo any longer.  Eliminates one shooting variable.  I even use it in the home defense pistols as I know exactly how the guns are zeroed.

So, keep up the good shooting, and post some more good targets.  I know exactly what it takes to hit the 10 ring every time.  I just don't execute 100% of the time.  Remember and celebrate the good shots, and forget the imperfect ones.
