Best grips for small hands?
« on: July 08, 2017, 06:19:37 PM »
I have small/medium hands. I have stock rubber grips on all 4 of my 75s and I love them. When I went to DROS my 97B I noticed I had to change my grip slightly so I could reach the trigger. Then I realized I have the CGW reach reduction kit on all four 75s. I plan on having the 97B "E" conversion done at CGW.

So, after the "E" conversion will I be able to use the CZ rubber grips or should I start looking for thinner grips like the CZ aluminum grips or the LOK Thin Bogies?

The LOK Bogies thin Shadow Style grips does makes the grip quite a bit smaller than the stock Rubber grips. I don't have small hands but I do have stubby fingers, I went with the Bogies and a SAO trigger and the gun was perfect for me in the reach department. If the reach reduction and thinner grips don't quite get you there the SAO trigger will. The Factory aluminum grips are thin but they get mighty slippery when your hands get sweaty, The Bogies are relentless.

Thanks Shadow. I looked at the Bogies and the aluminum grips at CGW. I was more inclined to go with the Bogies, your recommendation reinforces my initial impression.

I switch to LOK thin grip on my CZ97B and highly recommend it.

I have become kind of a fan of Coolhand. Like you I have small to medium hands and am somewhat sensitive to gun grip size. had a sig 229 elite with wood grips I could barely get my hands around.

Sweet grips, very thin and usually a bit cheaper than the go to guys. Here is their ebay site. In my experience they respond to emails or conversations quickly.

I currently have their grips on a CZ compact and a Canik t100
