I have a CZ Scorpion (SBR) that I'd installed a gen 1 drop in curved trigger. It was fantastic. Now they have a gen 2 flat trigger drop in which I prefer. I installed it & love it.
I was trying to sell the gen 1,.but no one wanted it. Apparently gen 1's had some issues. I contacted Timney CS who sent me a.RMA# lable immediately.
They not only sent me a gen 2 replacement. They sent the new flat trigger version, ZERO cost & a hand written note thanking me for being a customer.
Now that's what I call customer service!
