I actually just got off the phone with CZ's warranty department regarding my P-10. The guy I talked to was courteous, ensured I had checked everything I could myself before making the decision to send my firearm back to them and talked me through the process of how to use my warranty. He also stated that currently, the turn around time for guns is roughly 4-6 weeks, however they could get them back sooner. Lots of people have had good luck with their customer service from what I've read.
The P-07 Gen 2 is an awesome pistol. I have a suppressor ready model in UG and with over 500 rounds (admittedly, not THAT many rounds) through it, not a single hiccup. It helped me yesterday in determining that my new P-10 is having issues and that it wasn't the ammo I was using.
