Identifying which weight CZ spring and two pins.
« on: October 24, 2017, 07:55:15 PM »
Need some help with this.  New CZ Orange came with extra recoil springs, main springs, nylon buffers and two pins.  Are the shorter springs the lighter weight ones? What are these two notched pins for?  Also, any idea what spring weights came installed from the factory? Thanks

The pins are provided for those folks that do not want their slides to 'lock' back.  You install the pins in place of the slide lock/release.

The TS Orange has a main spring of 20 lbs. and recoil spring of 16 lbs. installed. The TS comes with two extra main springs and recoil springs. The recoil springs are a 11 lbs. (short spring) and a 13 lbs. (long spring). Main springs are 13 lbs. (short spring) and a 16 lbs. (long spring).

Not sure if you are talking about the TS or the shadow Orange?

Toby

I have the standard Orange, not the TS.

I'd be willing to bet they are the same weights/springs included with the shadow Orange.
