SDP sight replacement

Does anybody have an answer for my problem? My SDP po1 has Heine straight 8 sights. As I am getting older it has become extremely difficult to pick them up. I would like to replace them but I noticed the rear sight mount is milled. Therefore I can't just install P01 sights. What can I do? Is the sight milled for a certain firearm size other than a CZ P01 that I can order in it's place?

Send CZ Custom an email and they can confirm but I think the SDP comes with their "Low Mount Cut".
This is also called a Novak cut. My Shadow was milled by them with this cut and I put the following rear on it.

I matched the front with a fiber optic and it has been great.
