CZ P-09 Magazines

Just ordered a couple spare 19 rd mags #11620 . It came with orange followers vs the original black/grey . Did they upgrade or ? Has the right model# etc. Seems to fit and lock in . Thanks for any feedback

This may be because the new CZ P10C is compatible with some of the CZ P-series mags. Maybe the orange follower denotes compatibility. This is a guess on my part. I am interested to hear the input of other form members.

They said the P09 mags were eventually going to work with the P10C. Looks to be the case.

Does it have a rectangular cut out on the front of the mag near the top for the ambi mag release system of the P-10C?  If so, it will be the new style mag that works in the P-10's.

If it does have the cutout does it also have the witness holes on the back of the mag like the P-10C mags do?  I hope they have changed to that as I like it way more than the cuts at 5, 10, 15, and 19.

Has a cut out near the top a rectangle with hole below it . The witness holes on back side of mag vs the side on original . Total 19 witness holes . CZ says not compatible with other models ?

You have newer mags that should be compatible with the P-10C. The cutout is the giveaway. I guess (and hope) CZ is switching to hi-viz followers across the board on the P-series mags...

   The new full size P10 (when it?s made) will use the exact same mag as the P09.

Those are the "old-style". P-10 style ('new-style") will have a rectangular cut-out above the round hole.

OK thanks, I don't think a P-10 is on the radar, but it's good to have the correct info.
