Brunox alternative?
« on: January 02, 2018, 08:36:10 PM »
I searched and only got a handful of topics that touched on Brunox.  What is the US equivalent?  I've got all kinds of cleaners and lube, but I can't seem to find Brunox in the US.  I found some in Canada, but the site didn't ship to the US.  I've got Ballistol, but what is the equivalent to Brunox to use as a replacement?  I've got MPro7, Tri Flow, Wilson Combat Ultima Lube, and Break Free.  Until I got the Ballistol, I cleaned and lubed with MPro7.  I guess I'm most concerned with application on the bolt rails and contact with the polymer frame.

Never heard of Brunox. Sorry.
I use Weapon Shield on all my guns.

Boretech eliminator,  a few trigger and aerosol spray cleaners for quick bulk carbon removal, Slip 2000 EWL and EWG are my main gotos.

Eezox or Breakfree CLP on external blued or bare steel parts for rust protection.
