30 round mags

Please tell the mags get easier to load with time... I was starting to think I'd have to call into work tomorrow with a sprained thumb? Also, the first thing I did when they arrived was to file that edge down to allow them to drop free but they only do it when loaded or on a closed bolt. Do they not drop free when the bolt is locked back or do I need to file a little more?

Pretty stiff lil bastards first couple of times, leave em loaded and that helps the break in period. The 20 rounders are even worse at first

Really? I didn't think the 20s were that bad... The second 30 rounder is a little easier.....

Mine loosened up quite a bit after the first range session. PITA to load manually before that.

Maglula is the answer, easy to load, even easier to unload. I?ve got a half dozen maglulas for ARs, AKs, 9mm Colt SMG, and others including Evo. It works.

The 20s have the same spring as the 30s, so loading them is pretty difficult.

I clipped off 3-ish could off mine and the tendon is about that if the 30s.
