I have a couple T-100s. In my limited experience and research this is not a common fault in this model.
New purchase or used? If new did it happen from start? Does it always happen, even shooting one handed? Does it behave in the same way when shot by another? Firstly, it is important to insure the slide lock fault is not operator induced. Ammo types all behave the same?
I have 4 mags, they faultlessly interchange without regard to a difference of 3-4 years in service, a difference of a couple thousand rounds, some sit fully loaded, some empty, at the range I often load partially to 3-6, after working on it with only 1 in mag, then two etc ..maybe I just got lucky with 4 good mags?
The exposed hammer models Canik puts out are too reliable. Something is up with yours and first we have to sure it is the pistol. Trying to be helpful here, not intended as criticism, just trouble shooting the cause of shooting trouble. Hang in there and know it can be rectified, but, in my opinion, probably not with a mag spring change.
