CZ custom competition front sight for SP-01

Can anyone recommend, for an SP-01, a front sight for the following Cz Custom rear sight, that will give me a point of impact slightly above the front sight? I know the point of impact will depend on ammo and the gun. I just would like to know whatever is standard.
