The hole in the frame is larger in diameter to accommodate the right side safety.  Someone (skilled at welding up/redrilling the hole should be able to do it (redrilling it to the correct diameter for the end of the single side safety shaft) but is it worth it?

On the other hand, you could buy a standard CZ 75 (that comes with the left side safety only) and convert it to SAO.  There are several people here that have converted their CZ 75 pistols to SAO.  The parts are available from CGW (Cajun Gun Works) for sure and probably from CZ Custom as well.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

A member used to make little parts that would allow this conversion to be done. I'll go dig around my book marks and see if I can find who it was.

You want to contact a member here named 75plus, he was making plugs to go into the right side of the frame to replace the safety lever on that side. It fits perfect to the frame and looks like the gun was made that way. Not to mention it is completely removable just like the factory safety lever for detail takedowns and you could always revert the gun back to ambi controls should you decide to.

I run one on my 75 SAO and couldn?t be more pleased with it.  If he doesn?t respond to your PM let me know and I?ll see if I have his email address still as well.

This is also something I'm interested in.  I PM'd 75Plus about it.
