Try polishing the hammer spring stalk. That reduced the trigger pull and racking force required for mine.
Mine looked like it was cut out using a jigsaw missing every other tooth. 
Okay, I admit the word "polish" implied that the hammer stalk required minor work. Mine was pretty rough to begin with which causes the hammer spring to "hang" a bit which increases the DA trigger pull.
Of note, while researching the CZ50/70, I found where someone said that the "catalog" DA trigger pull was 23 lbs, but that many people thought it was much closer to 100 lbs.

Just cleaning up that stalk (and a little oil) made a world of difference in the DA pull and performance of my CZ70.
