Will a .40S&W P-07 slide/barrel work on a 9mm P-07 lower?

I feel I should already know the answer, but can you take a P-07 40 S&W upper assembly with slide barrel and spring and use it on a P-07 9mm lower--making the lower match both 40S&W and 9mm?

You should be able to swap slides on a P-07. I go the other direction (host a 9mm slide onto a .40) with a P-09.

eastman, Thank You! I have been looking online to buy a 40 S&W upper slide/barrel/recoil spring, but I cannot find one to buy :'( Help me, someone!
