I like levellinebrad's suggestions. Tightening up your splits shaves hundredths of a second off your time. Tightening up your target transitions shaves tenths or better. Efficient stage management can shave whole seconds off your time.

The transitions were my most recent "light bulb" moment. I've seen it posted on several forums but never truly understood it until a friend and I were doing live fire one day. I thought he was killing me in foot speed until he showed me the timer. My draws and splits were stupid fast but .63 transitions were killing me. I'm still working on those.
