Wow...OK, CZ customer service just scored an A+ from me. I sent the pistol in about 5 weeks ago for inspection/repair. When I sent the pistol in, I just packed the pistol, without case, mags or anything except the pistol itself, very carefully, in a box and shipped it with their a pre-paid FEDEX label they provided. Yesterday, I just got a notice that the pistol was fixed, but they indicated that a new replacement serial number was being sent. Well, it was just delivered and it's a brand new pistol, with 2 mags, in a new case
I've gotta say, I really wasn't expecting that. CZ for the win! Can't wait to get it to the range again. So, CZ definitely stands behind their products.
