CTS Question

Can someone provide a brief explanation of what CTS means?

It appears to be a long slide; I'm assuming this is a 5" barrel?

Can this slide be fitted to a 75D frame?

It could be fitted, but safety would be questionable on a de-cocker frame(no firing pin block).
