Any Appreciation for a Classic K22 Outdoorsman?
« on: April 13, 2018, 01:03:59 PM »
Because this just happened.

I can?t take a decent gun pic to save my life.

Serial is 671xxx. Dates to 1939 or 1940. My first pre model number Smith revolver and my first Smith 22. Easily 95# and original pre war magnas. Felling pretty happy right now.

Got a good deal too, I believe.

I have a very similar K32 (32Long) that I love to shoot. You just can't beat the old K frames.

You can't beat the old S&W .22's. Probably the best of the best.

Good stuff.  I have a .22 kit gun j frame and later I picked up a pre 17 K22 6?.  I don?t have the original grips though.  It came with after market copy of the classic Target grip.
