Easy enough but you need tools. The front sight required a bit of filing to fit my 75BD (but not my P-01) and used a polymer hammer with supplied punch to get into the slot. I always use a 2mm drill bit to ensure the front sight pin will have clearance on the bottom if the front pin slot.
The rear sights are in there good and require a vise to hold the slide steady--I use felt or other protective materials. A punch and hammer are required with a bit of muscle. Again, I cut a small square if cloth or felt to protect the surface.
Putting in the rear sight may require fitting with a file and 220 grit sand paper. It needs to be snug so go slow and test fit. Once the end of the dovetail can fit, hammer it in. You may have to back out, fike, and hamner again.
I use headband style magnifiers to closely monitor how far in the rear sight goes in any eyeball against the ridges in top of the slide to "zero". So far all my poa/poi have been dead on at 10 yards.
