Tired old eyes and a new CZ455 Ultra.

I hate to admit it but time has made my eyesight much less than perfect.   Does any one know of a replacement Hi-Viz Front sight  that can be mounted on a CZ455 Ultra?   Cheap Proximity  Rounds perhaps?
