removal of stock

Can the stock on the carbine model be removed so the scorpion is more like the pistol? If so does that removal bring and legal ramifications?

Regarding the legal ramifications, you don't have to have a stock on a rifle, but you can.  For a Pistol, you cannot have a stock affixed.

Yes it is. I cant find a factory pistol one for sale, but there are receiver blocks for sale that are used for stocks and braces. It would perform the same task just no sling loop.
