Anyone use these for a CZ mag to convert them to a legal restricted mag?

Found this site for MAGBLOCK restricter plates.  Anyone ever used these by epoxy attaching them to a mag to make them restricted state legal?  http://www.magazineblocks.com/magento/products/magblock-kits/pistols/cz-75.html

Can you not clean the magzaine after epoxy on the baseplate?
