+1 on both, I've had both. Prefer the double layer kydex from Red Hill tactical.

I've done Ghost too...race holster-wise I think it's works very good if you're running a thumb rest.  I wasn't able to find a block that fits the TSO perfectly.  I've got the TSO with the SP01 block and it wags the frame and rubbed some polycoat off the trigger guard (pretty normal for most race holsters from what I've seen?) but otherwise has held up great the past 3 years.
