Rami front sights removal

Any tips on removing the front sights on a rami? I purchased the sights from your shop but I'm having the hardest time removing the front sights.

Did you ever get a reply to this, perhaps by PM?  I am having the same issue/question.

I put the slide in a smooth jaw vice and used a square steel drift. My Rami had the appearance of being micro-staked in four spots, two front and rear very close to the slide dovetail. I measured the dovetail on both sides and drifted it out in the direction of the largest gap with an 8 ounce ballpeen. In my case that was to the left side of the pistol. Took about 3 solid but careful smacks and several lighter taps. I did try a brass punch but it was not up to the task.

I broke down and bought the MGW  Universal Sight Pro. Expensive but moved front sights on my Rami and Shield both in very tight. I still applied kroil oil to help. Good tool but expensive and really only justified if you own many handguns. Link.
