Israeli CZ 75 compact

Hello,

I just bought a used CZ 75 Compact that was an Israeli Security Forces trade in. It has a twist recoil spring that I need to replace. Does anyone know where I can buy them?

I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?
