I am trying to find a couple thousand rounds of ammo for competition and practice.  I saw Blazer Aluminum 147 gr for a decent price. Any issues running aluminum in a CZ?

Thanks in advance

There are plenty of CZ owners who have had issues with failures to extract with Federal aluminum case ammo due to out of spec case rim.  Though that's not everyone, I'd be wary of it.   I know of no such issues with Blazer aluminum.

That said, depending on what you're paying, you can get American Federal Eagle for $250/1000, and that's good ammo.

Also, there's no reason to limit yourself to 147gr.  All-metal CZs are heavy enough that typical 124gr rounds are still kittens.  Recoil control comes from grip and stance, not a  difference of a few foot pounds of muzzle/recoil energy, and definitely not "felt" recoil.  ;)

I am using it for subsonic ammo for my suppressors in addition to competing with it.
