Best SP-01 mag extensions <141mm for USPSA?

Anyone have suggestions for <141mm  mag and extension combo for USPSA Carry-Optics?

I'm currently using the 19rnd MecGar mags which fit the gauge with room to spare, but would like a reliable mag/extension combo with a few more rounds if possible that still fits gauge.
