CBP has issued a RFI for the holsters for the new 9mm handguns, but hasn't announced a winner in the handgun competition yet. The US-made CZ P-10 family seems to be designed to meet the CBP requirements. CBP could (hopefully) be purchasing 45,000 P-10 pistols over the next 3 years.

9MM Duty Holsters
Solicitation Number: RFI-20109473
Agency: Department of Homeland Security
Office: Customs and Border Protection

Customs and Border Protection (CBP), will be transitioning to a new 9mm duty handgun in 2019.  As such, CBP has a requirement to provide a new duty holster for the impending new handgun for all officers/agents issued a service handgun.  The execution of this contract will allow officers/agents the ability to transition to a new handgun while maintaining the same style holster that they are familiar with.  It is estimated that the handgun transition will take approximately three years to complete, with approximately 45,000 armed employees.

The holster shall be equal to or better than the Safariland Model 7390 with QLS adapters.

No, I don't believe so. I think the last handgun submitted for any US trials was the P-09 for the US Military trials.
If your referring to the Army bid, the P-09 did not comply with the bid requirements. It needed to be able to switch between 9mm,.40 and .45 on the same frame.Same issue Glock had. Too bad. I'd like to see SZ in there.
