I've been holding off on this review for a few weeks, hoping they would be able to sort it out.
I emailed them about a steel framed P01, they emailed me back the next day stating that they had one in stock. I called them on my lunch break to order it, nope. Apparently, they held it for someone else instead.
They said that it would be easy to get another one, so I stayed calm and said okay. Just get me one. Two weeks later and still nothing, radio silence. I finally had to contact them, to which they replied, "they are hard to get and that we are unable to get any. Sorry if you were under the impression that we could order them or get one."
How is being told by an employee(Thomas) that getting one would be no problem, being "Under the impression". No, I was told point blank that getting one would be no issue. I also missed out on buying one here on the forums because they were able to get another "no problem".
I have many other CZs that I want to have work done on aswell, but I am finding it hard to justify giving them thousands of dollars worth of business. I'm generally a very easy going person, but this tries my patience as a consumer. Bad Juju.
This is an evolving review and may change as time passes. For now, they have lost a customer and any recommendations they would have received.
I suppose we will see how badly they want my business.
