I installed a Springer precision mag well, new magazine brake, and new Springer aluminum baseplates on my magazines (18 round factory).  I am having a intermittent issue where an empty mag won't drop.  I did notice the very back corner of the baseplate was hitting the inside of the magwell (the corners of the baseplate show wear and the anodize is worn off) - so I hit the corners with my strip sander but I'm still having the problem.  The Springer mag brake is a solid aluminum piece, not sheet metal like the factory unit - so there isn't a bow in the middle.  Never had an issue with these mags prior to the magwell/new baseplates.  You have to change the baseplates -stock baseplates interfere with the magwell. The mags are stuck pretty well when this happens - don't drop at all and you have dig them out of the mag well.  Obviously not good while on the clock.  Any ideas on where else to look for the interference hanging up the mag?
