Need help with identifying what a CZ52 Pistol 9mm Parts kit is worth

Just came into possession of a 9mm parts kit for the CZ52 Pistol. It is the complete pistol. The frame has been saw cut in Two places. Through the center of the magazine well and in behind the hole for the slide stop and through the trigger guard in a straight perpendicular line. I would greatly appreciate your information on this matter.
