Looks like I'm purchasing one of these and collets.

I've used a collet puller for years with only a few situations where a Kinetic puller would have been a better choice.  To me there are ups and downs to both methods, but the right one is the one you choose.

BTW, how do they pull bullets in the ammunition plants when they have a Q.C. issue with a lot?

I know Federal and Speer don't mess with breaking down their reject ammo they sell the whole lot to the highest bidder like RM Reloading and they use machines with collets to pull the bullets. RN Reloading always has bullets and bulk primed brass from the pulled down ammo at a good price.
