Irregular trigger pull RAMI
« on: May 09, 2019, 02:37:41 AM »
Not sure what place to post this...

I have a RAMI I have had about 3 years now and have put around 15k rounds through. I put in the CGW carry package I don't remember if it was last year or the year before (probably 2017) and polished the bits and pieces. The trigger was very smooth on DA and nice and light on SA. I have no gauge to say what they are, just very nice to shoot.

Now, thousands of rounds later I am having a peculiar issue. Trigger is still smooth as butter since the CGW kit and polish, but now, it sometimes hangs up and feels like I am pulling the trigger on a gun with the safety on, but it is a decocker model. It always fires, but the pull is really hard. Then another pull will be too light, almost scary light. These don't happen back to back, but often close together. There have been thousands of perfect trigger pull rounds through it since the CGW kit, so I don't believe it has anything to do with that. It never has the odd trigger pulls in dry fire, only live.

Any one know what might be going on? I will pull it apart in the next day or so to see if anything obvious jumps out. It doesn't do it a lot, maybe 2-3 times in a hundred rounds.

This is my carry gun, so it makes me a bit more nervous than if it were just one of the toys.

Best thing to do - call Cajun and ask them directly. They are very helpful.
