Thank you for another great presentation of a LEO Qualification Course. 

It is interesting that Colorado shoots at seemingly closer distances and demands higher accuracy.  To my uninformed point of view, their qualification seems to cover some scenarios that an officer could encounter in the field and is a little more realistic evaluation.

This one sounds complicated at first but you did a great job breaking it down. Colorado should use it to get first-time participants familiarized with the course. I really like your presence and presentation style (having done lots of training and presentation in both military and civilian world, I?d always look out for the presentation methods used by others to help with my own).

If I may, there?s one thing I?d like to suggest is to possibly use some captions to convey the extra info (eg., apologizing for the external noises) to help edit the length of the videos. When I recommend videos for others to watch,  I sometimes get some push back for the length of the videos...each second shaved off can help with the short attention spans encountered nowadays.

Thank you! I?ve always regarded my videos as an extension of my being a firearms instructor. Like you, I?ve always looked for ways to improve my presentation, and I likewise try to study those with excellent communication skills and incorporate as many of their talents as I can.

I try to employ mechanisms such as captions from time to time, but I also try not to overly abbreviate my oration for the ADD crowd. I?ve learned a lot over the years by sitting and listening to people who know more than I do. Becoming a skillful listener is a trait that should not be neglected. I also find it interesting that the person who hosts one of the largest firearms channels on YouTube has a rambling communication style that causes his videos to drone on far longer than would be necessary. Even so, that has not adversely impacted his viewership.
