https://czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=80638.0has some extensive 9mm with BE-86 testing, but we don't do a lot of testing with 40 cal. Not sure why, but it just never seems to happen.
BE-86 is much slower, about the speed of
Unique. However, it meters much better and therefore has much more consistent results. You'd want to use
BE-86 for SD loads or loads you want to mimic SD loads. Or maybe even higher speed plinking.
Sport Pistol is much faster... about the speed of
W231/
HP-38. Much better for plinking and Minor PF competition. There's a full testing thread on

Both powders are wonderful and worth owning.
