P07 with questions on the extractor

Just got a new P07 made in 2019. It has a lanyard loop and the extractor is normal. My brother just got a new one and his is also made in 2019. His does not have a lanyard loop and his extractor has a rod right at the beginning of it. Very strange. I dont care about the lanyard loop but the extractor rod is very strange. My extractor looks like a normal extractor but his is like I have never seen before. Anyone know about this ?

I believe what you're referring to is the loaded chamber indicator.

So do you think that his P07 , with the loaded chamber indicator, is a Massachusettes or some other state compliant type gun ?

To be honest...have no idea. CZ is somehow strange with serial numbering and pistol options. Probably these have sense, but CZ never explains...  ;)

I have one P07 (OD green 9mm) made in 2018 and it does have the LCI. I have three P09s also all made in 2018(UG/SR 9mm, OD green 9mm & black). The UG/SR and OD green have the LCI as well, but the black does not. All of these handgins I got direct from CZ through the LE/MIL program. The black P09 I picked up used from an individual. I am not sure what dictates have the LCI.

My brother just emailed CZ today. They responded by saying that they are making all P07's now with the LCI and that my P07 is just one of the last ones that came without one.
