Will p07/09 sights fit my p01?

Have tried searching with no solid answer. In short, will sights for a p07/09 fit my p01 omega?

I don't think so.  One example is Night Fission.  They have the P-07/09 and P-10 listed on their web site.  I called (just a couple months ago) to ask that question, and they said no.  But she speculated that they would be adding the CZ-75 variants to their lineup "soon".
