Dan Wesson Guardian trigger swap?

Will the trigger for dan wesson tcp fit a guardian 9mm?  I just like the TCP trigger looks better.

Sure it will fit as they are both 1911's but be prepared for the very real possibility that the new trigger may need some fitting.

Should this be done by a gun smith rather than trying it myself?

There are some very good YT vids detailing fitting 1911 triggers especially those from Wilson Combat and other makers of fine 1911 parts. I'd watch the vids and see if you feel comfortable with doing the operations you see. There's a 50/50 chance a new trigger could drop right in but if it doesn't fitting will be required.
If you are not comfortable hand fitting such a part then yes seek out a good gunsmith.
